I grew up in Southern California, shaped by an active, outdoor lifestyle that instilled in me an early appreciation for movement, light, and the natural world. That foundation has remained a constant thread throughout my life, even as I’ve lived and worked across global creative capitals including London, Milan, Tokyo, and New York. Each city deepened my perspective—exposing me to distinct cultural rhythms, design sensibilities, and ways of storytelling—while reinforcing the importance of point of view.

-Lead cross-functional collaboration with global merchandising, marketing, and UX/UI teams to define seasonal brand direction aligned with business priorities.

-Present seasonal creative vision directly to founder and executive leadership, securing alignment on brand strategy and execution.

-Manage and inspired a global team of 15+ designers for both menswear and womenswear, across apparel, accessories, footwear, eyewear, and jewelry, fostering innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.

-Oversee seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, influencer content, and community-driven experiences, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.

-Review and implement consumer insights to translate cultural trends and consumer behavior into actionable, aspirational creative concepts.

-Deliver a unified visual language across global markets while maintaining brand heritage, luxury positioning, and commercial performance.

- Directed digital-first campaigns across all digital platforms, including UX/UI, web, email, and social media, optimizing performance-driven storytelling.

-Partner with PR, Talent, and external partners on athlete, influencer, and community campaigns for major events, including US Open, Wimbledon, and Ryder Cup, integrating product storytelling into seasonal brand narratives.

-Balance brand creativity magic with business strategy, growing RLX revenue from $55M to $75M and increasing seasonal event sales (US Open: $2M to $11M; Wimbledon: $4M to $10M) over three years.

- Developed a year-long, core-neutral color palette system, creating season-to-season consistency while enabling seasonal novelty.
